1. What is the difference between Comfort Colors® and Hanes® Beefy T's®?

Both are made from 6.1oz, 100% ring-spun cotton of similar construction and fit. Comfort Colors® tees are pre-washed and pre-shrunk with minimal shrinkage and have a broken-in, faded look. The Hanes® Beefy T's® shirts can shrink up to a full size depending on laundering methods and have a more vibrant color palette. No matter your decision, you made a great one!


2. How should I care for my Salty Dog t-shirt?

The recommended way to care for your new Salty Dog t-shirt is to wash in cold water, tumble or hang dry, wear, and repeat.


3. What is the difference between the unisex shirts and women's shirts?

Women's shirts are shorter with a slightly flared bottom and capped sleeves. Unisex shirts (or shirts with no gender designation) are standard cut t-shirts designed to fit everyone.


4. The label in the Hanes® Beefy T® says "pre-shrunk cotton." Will it still shrink?

Likely. Even though the garment underwent a washing process to reduce shrinking, they can still shrink up to a full size.


5. Is the 'Color of the Month' available online?

We only offer our 'Color of the Month' tees in-store.


6. How do I return/exchange my item?

We make our returns and exchanges easy and fuss free. Please enclose a completed Return/Exchange form and the item you would like exchanged to The Salty Dog T-Shirt Factory at 67 Arrow Rd., Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Unless expedited shipping was chosen at checkout, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.


2. How do I track my package?

Once your order has been picked up by that carrier, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
